Bingo is a little penguin who has become one of the most famous characters in the world through his starring in the animated educational program presented on television, which presents adventures and situations between the penguin who lives in the snow and his family and friends, so that children can learn humanity and how to behave correctly in different situations.
It is a language course on 3 levels: Each level includes 12 units. Each unit is based on a TV episode presented on DVD. The unit consists of 4 types of lessons in which students study: verbs, nouns, pronouns, and sentence formation.
The “Bingo” system for teaching the English language was developed to suit students in this early age stage, from 3 to 7 years, through teaching specific topics for each lesson. Topics covered in this course include greetings, family, playing, food, home, colors, numbers, The body, animals, and school. Although it is not taught directly, the student learns grammar and the use of words in sentences, but in an entertaining and fun way. The “Bingo” system, approved by Cambridge Universities for teaching children, contains 75% of the words and sentences that a child needs in the English language.
The basic objectives of this course and the educational system are linguistic, educational, and social, in addition to preparing the child in a way that qualifies him to study all subjects and deal with the English language. This system helps students adapt to the classroom system, how to listen and participate in an organized manner, how to control the pen, and all the necessary skills to qualify them for the next academic stages.
Its objectives are:
Developing the child’s self-confidence to speak English.
Developing a linguistic base of vocabulary.
